Collaborator

Building a culture of trust and support with colleagues will come with time. Some strategies that I will use to build this culture will be:

• Listening more than talking

• Offering bite-sided PD to entice without overwhelming

• Providing useful resources when requested

• Proactively anticipating needs, like a school-wide survey

• Finding a teacher-buddy who will let me see the technology from the teacher-view

• Being available immediately, especially during high-stress times: the beginning of the school year, the end of the grading period, and during testing season
